Level 1: Awakening Your Innate Potential
Designed for those seeking to transcend conventional learning, Level 1 introduces the foundational practices of the KUNLUN System. Taught by Diana and Max Christensen, this ancient Taoist method is simplified and light-hearted, focusing on alchemical cultivation and natural awakening through self-surrender—aligned with the flow of Taoist Internal Alchemy.

Intermediate Level 2: Deepening Your Alchemical Practice
Level 2 builds upon the strong foundation established in Level 1, guiding practitioners to deepen their connection with bioenergy. By cultivating balance within the body and mind, Level 2 allows practitioners to integrate their energy into the world around them.
Through meditative and qi-based practices, participants learn to direct bioenergy downward throughout the body, harmonizing the essence of the physical and mental self.
Core practices in Level 2 include:
- Red Phoenix 2: Descending energy to nourish the body and ground the spirit.
- KUNLUN Snake: Opening and stretching the back to enhance chi flow along the spine’s energy meridians.
- Golden Flower: Alchemically refining the body, mind, and spirit through the three energy centers. (Requires at least one year of Level 1 practice to build sufficient energy.)
- Taoist Traveling Hands: Exploring spirit travel, inner awareness, and sleep yoga.
Additional techniques include:
- Sleep Yoga
- Tree Posture
- 3-Ones Meditation
Through Level One training, the practitioner has opened all of the important meridians of bioenergy.
Level One practitioners use this unique energy to awaken the body, mind and spirit to a potential which accumulates in a very high frequency.
Level 2 Pre-requisites:
- Must be a Patron of Primordial Alchemist.
- At least 6 months of consistent practice with KUNLUN System Level 1.
