Cancellation Policy
Primordial Alchemist asks that all registrants honor their commitment to attend. The following policy reflects our respect for the teachings, the space, and one another.
Online Classes
- Registration is refundable up to 14 days before the event. After that, all fees are nonrefundable.
KUNLUN Seminars (hosted at an event space)
- 30+ days before the event — full refund
- 14–29 days before the event — 50% refund
- Within 14 days — nonrefundable
No-call/no-show forfeitures are not eligible for credit or transfer.
In-Person Classes & Events (limited enrollment)
- 60+ days before the event — full refund
- 30–59 days before the event — 50% refund
- Within 29 days — nonrefundable
Because enrollment is limited, your spot directly affects another student’s opportunity to attend. If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. If a waitlisted student can fill your place, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion.
Cancellation Policy for Retreats:
Retreat registrations carry their own cancellation and refund policy, which will be provided to you upon registration.
Important Reminders:
In the event of a major emergency, such as biological outbreaks, ecological disasters, or military conflict, that results in airport closures, flight cancellations, or travel restrictions, the event will be postponed to a later date or canceled. Your registration will automatically transfer to the new dates to ensure everyone’s safety, or it may be refunded minus the applicable fees.
By booking this event, you acknowledge that global events can be unpredictable and accept that your trip may be postponed, canceled, or altered due to site closures, activity changes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
*Ticket Fees from Ticking Service and fees made to the retreat are NON-REFUNDABLE.
