Just to let you know, Snake Ring Level 1 is not required to attend Snake Rings Cycle 2, so you’re more than welcome to join us.
In this advanced training, movement no longer begins with effort. It begins with Qi.

- Two-ring flow for energetic symmetry and expansion
- Subtle movement born from the breath-body union
