What do you mean by an “Oral Tradition” and “Keeping the Art Sacred”?

An oral tradition is secret instructions passed from one master to another master keeping the integrity of the art whole and undiluted. There are outer, inner and secret teachings in all traditional systems that are true.

For us, keeping the art sacred means to be an example of the path and to live in the right way in the world within the body, mind and spirit. It means not adding or subtracting from the art.

For students who attend our classes, keeping the art sacred means to not teach the art(the practices) to others including not sharing pictures or videos of us or of instruction. What you experience is classes and events if for you.
